I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were a bit cramped with two narrow beds, a bureau, small TV, and refrigerator, but the private rooftop balcony was a nice touch. The service, especially from Michele, was wonderful and very helpful with arranging taxis and giving sightseeing tips. The location was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions like the Colosseum, and the dining was convenient although a bit basic. Overall, a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

I was quite lucky to get a room with a balcony as I had requested ahead of time. The hotel was almost empty, which was nice, but there weren't many amenities.
